the Arc Vector talks a big about its Human-Machine Interface HMI, which i first read HDMI, but it seems they're just using fancy words.
By their definition any bike without basic controls wouldn't be a bike. What they really mean is a helmet with a heads-up display and a jacket with shoulder buzzers for blind spots.
The HUD is just a regular near-eye display not made for riding so you have to refocus to read it and it blocks part of your view. The jacket's buzzers though that's a cool idea. I hope other bikes get that kind of blind spot warning.

Yeah, Arc really dressed up basic tech in fancy words to make it sound groundbreaking. Calling it “Human-Machine Interface” (HMI) is just marketing fluff, every bike has an HMI if we’re using their definition. The HUD sounds like a distraction more than an upgrade, and if it forces you to refocus while riding, that’s more dangerous than useful. The jacket buzzers, though? That’s actually smart. Blind spot warnings through haptic feedback makes a ton of sense, and I wouldn’t be surprised if bigger brands steal that idea and actually refine it. Arc is great at hyping up concepts, but the execution? Still questionable.
